You gain access to the elite missions by holding the capital city of either the Luxon or Kurzick nations, or by getting an invite from one of the controlling alliances.
You gain control of a city by getting faction points. This can be done several ways, such as quests or repeatable missions. Donating faction to your alliance increases your overall alliance faction standing. Your alliance needs to come up with around 3 million faction points to be able to control one of the smaller outposts. Typically twice that to have a shot at controlling the bigger cities/capitals. |
